John Wise
Chief Executive Officer

John Wise BSc (Hons), MBCS, C.Eng Netik, President and Chief Executive Officer.

John Wise is the Co-Founder of Netik and is a successful entrepreneurial financial software designer, marketer and salesman. Prior to founding Netik, John had built several high growth companies resulting into multi-million dollar market valuations firms such as Synergo Technology (core product: TAROT) and TCA Syntec (core product: Open Hub).

John is a highly qualified Applied Computer scientist and was responsible for creating the industry’s original 3-tiered client-server application architecture. This was in 1986 with Prefix, a distributed requestor-server model that delivered the first Application Integration Hub product in 1991. This product’s function later became generically known as Enterprise Application Integration, EAI.

Colin Close
Chief Information Officer

Colin Close BA (Hons), Chief Information Officer, Netik, is a securities market expert and has spent over 25 years in the financial product discipline with Chase and Bankers Trust and the last 7 years with Netik. Colin has, through his experience in financial markets, successfully lead high profile business improvement initiatives for financial institutions through the creative engineering of people, processes and technology.

At Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust, Colin was Managing Director for the Global Investor Services business, where he was responsible for the strategic development for a range of key products serving institutional investors and asset gatherers. Prior to that Colin, spent ten years at Chase Manhattan where he managed, latterly from New York, the strategic planning of service delivery to institutional investor clients. Colin has an MBA from Cranfield.

Bill Rockett
Chief Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer

With 15 years financial services experience, Bill Rockett BA (Hons) ACA, Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Netik, is a specialist in software financials and the operational disciplines for the current management and control of a software house. Bill is responsible for providing direction on all areas of operations, finance and administration within the group and, as COO, specifically focuses on the delivery and implementation functions globally, ensuring excellence in co-ordination of resources to maintain capacity and to continue to maximize client satisfaction with on-time/on-budget projects. Prior to joining Netik 6 years ago, Bill worked at Misys Banking Division for 10 years during which he undertook several roles in both New York and London including CFO for both the US and European regions.

Keith Hale
Managing Director, EMEA

With over 15 years experience in financial services, Keith Hale, BEng (Hons) MSc, as Managing Director of Netik EMEA is responsible for sales, marketing, product implementation, professional services and customer support in the EMEA region. Keith has overseen the successful delivery of more than 20 implementations of Netik InterView, providing clients with state of the art reporting and data management solutions. As a founder of Netik, Keith has also been responsible for growing the Netik Professional Services team from scratch, as well as spending 3 years establishing Netik’s North American presence based out of New York.

Michael Rodgers
Managing Director, NA

With over 15 years experience in financial services, Michael Rodgers, Managing Director, Netik North America serves at Netik where his duties include: Sales, marketing, implementation for the America’s and Asia Pacific regions, customer support as well as product development of the Netik InterView suite of products. Michael is not new to Netik, nor Netik's technology. Over the years Michael has played several roles within Netik's growth, including: SVP North America Business Development and Sales Director for Netik North America. Prior to Netik, Michael held a number of senior positions at J&W Seligman, Oppenheimer & Co. and SunGard, as well as consulting for leading asset management and prime brokerage firms. He is always available to speak, on a number of topics relating to technology for the securities and investment industry.

Vincent Sos
Chief Product Officer

Vincent Sos is Chief Product Officer of Netik in charge of the global product development teams. Vincent, in his 8 years at Netik, has been instrumental in Netik’s growth and as a result his expertise spans the complete Netik InterView product suite. Prior to his current role, Vincent was Product Development Director, EMEA, where he was in charge of product development through an important stage of company growth when Netik significantly expanded the number of product implementations and product features. Vincent consolidated the EMEA product development team, focusing on back and middle-office features within the product, such as operational management, reconciliation, portfolio accounting interfaces, etc. Vincent has also lead several of Netik’s key global implementations in the roles of Senior and Principal Consultant and eventually as head of the Consulting group in EMEA. Prior to joining Netik, Vincent was Systems Analyst at a software consultancy firm specializing in finance for manufacturing companies where he introduced cross-platform client-server architecture. Vincent has a Computer Science Engineering degree from the Universitat Jaume I and the Robotics Institute of Valencia (Spain).

Julian Bowden
Chief Technology Officer

Julian Bowden BSc (Hons) has worked in the financial software industry since 1987 and is Chief Technology Officer of Netik. Julian is a founder of Netik and has taken the company through several iterations of its key platform and technologies. He has driven many initiatives within Netik and has worked around the world delivering Netik's message and solutions. At present, Julian is working on bringing emerging technologies into the company's data warehouse products and in turn bringing those products to new markets from his base in New York City.

Julian previously worked at Unit Trust Software Limited and at Synergo Technology Limited. Through these companies he created a number of products for the mutual funds industry and the UK securities industry in general, concentrating on settlement, custody and corporate actions.

Roger Newman
Chief Product Designer

Roger Newman BSc (Hons), Chief Product Designer of Netik, for the last 30 years has focused his attention on the development of financial software for the securities industry and is arguably one of the leading designers of financial data warehouses in the securities industry. A former founder and principal of Montclair Financial Technology Inc, acquired by Netik in 2001, Roger has played a critical role in the integration and evolution of Montclair's technology, focusing primarily on performance measurement, risk analysis and compliance technology.

Prior to Netik, Roger held a number of senior positions at Bankers Trust Company where he was involved in a number of technological initiatives for institutional trust and custody. Roger also founded a management consultancy offering specialized performance measurement and risk analysis applications to organizations such as JP Morgan Investment Management, Bankers Trust Company, TIAA-CREF and Chase Manhattan Bank.

Gary Pai
Product Director, Investor Services Group

Gary Pai, CFA, is Product Director of the Investor Services Group (ISG) and has responsibility for Netik Fund Administrator and Netik Prime Broker. Gary has over seven years of proven experience in achieving critical business objectives through technology-based solutions. He has significant expertise in consulting, product design and implementing large data warehousing projects. His key areas of specialty include performance measurement, portfolio accounting and systems integration. In his 5 years at Netik, Gary has been instrumental in the product management of Netik InterView and has lead several large-scale implementations of the data warehouse and data management solutions. Prior to joining Netik, Gary was Product Manager at a leading media company in New York, Vault Multimedia, Inc, where he had responsibility for the development of new e-commerce applications.Gary has a degree in Chemical Engineering and a certificate in Engineering Biology from Princeton University.

Stephen Quigley
Client Services Director

Stephen Quigley BA (Hons), ACIB, Global Client Services Director, has 20 years experience in the financial services industry, the last 9 of which have been spent at Netik. Stephen, as Client Services Director has global responsibility for account management, ensuring account success and customer happiness, consulting and practices (consistency), support and internal and external training. Stephen is not new to Netik or Netik's technology. Over the years Stephen has played several roles within Netik's growth, including Professional Services Director for the EMEA region, where he was responsible for the successful delivery of projects to various financial institutions including Investec and PFPC. Prior to Netik, Stephen worked at Barclays for 12 years in the retail, corporate and life divisions.

Laura Adams
Chief of Staff

Laura Adams, BSc (Hons), Chief of Staff, Netik, has worked in the financial services industry since 1992 and is a founder of Netik. Laura is focused on the internal communication and implementation of management vision and compliance with the business plan, processes and standards, as well as ensuring staff, customers and partners benefit from a consistent approach to product implementation, procedures and compliance. Prior to Laura’s 10 years at Netik, where she has gained product development and client-facing experience in several areas of management, including Product Development Director, she was employed by TCA Syntec, LBMS Consulting and Shell International.

Sandra Mattingley
Head of Sales, EMEA

Sandra Mattingley, Head of Sales, EMEA, has responsibility for growing revenues in EMEA, maintaining and building new client relationships with vendors, customers and prospects as well as management of the EMEA sales team. Apart from a 12 month period spent working within the solution sales division of Reuters, Sandra has worked for Netik for the past 7 years, within the sales division, selling to financial institutions across the globe.

Kim Wentland
Head of Sales, NA

Kim Wentland, Head of Sales, North America, has responsibility for growing revenues in North America, maintaining and building new client relationships with vendors, customers and prospects as well as management of the North American sales team. She has 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and management. Prior to Netik, Kim worked as product manager/sales executive for Gannett, where she received numerous awards for sales excellence. Kim has considerable marketing experience gained from her role as marketing manager at Interative Intelligence and Tivoli Systems. Kim is a graduate of Indiana University where she majored in business, focusing on marketing.

Sundar Srinivasan
Chief Data Architect

Sundar Srinivasan BSc (Physics), PG Dip. in Computer Applications and MBA specialized in Systems.

Sundar, Chief Data Architect of Netik, has over 20 years of software development experience, 13 of which have been in the financial services industry. In his current role, he is responsible for all aspects of the Netik InterView data model, database standards, data access guidelines and database design. As Director of Development for 6 years at Montclair Financial Technology Inc, acquired by Netik in 2001, Sundar played a critical role in the integration and evolution of Montclair's technology. He was instrumental in the design of the data model for Investor Workstation (Windows version of Netik InterView) and value-added applications including performance and attribution and compliance.

Alastair Upton
Chief Software Architect

Alastair Upton, Chief Software Architect of Netik, has responsibility for defining the software architecture and direction of the Netik InterView product suite, specifically focused on the Data Portal aspects of the product.

Alastair has worked in the financial software industry since 1985, the last 8 years of which have been at Netik. He has significant experience in the design and implementation of financial software products and solutions, in particular web based solutions and application integration technology. Prior to joining Netik, Alastair was Senior Principal Technical Architect at ABN AMRO focused on the integration of their back-office systems with SWIFT and development of web based trading systems. He has also during his career worked for Fidelity Brokerage, ACT Financial Systems, Acuma and Thorn EMI DataSolve (Data Sciences).
