Netik Professional Services offers a range of implementation services to ensure that each Netik InterView implementation runs smoothly and efficiently. Netik can offer assistance at multiple levels, from minor to extensive, tailored to your specific requirements. Netik’s professional staff have extensive skills which can be utilized in any of a number of different roles:

  • Integration study and consultancy assignments where Netik can carry out specific business process analysis or facilitate the planning of assignments.
  • Project team assignments where Netik will participate within a client project performing an expert or specific role within the clients’ team.
  • Complete project solutions where Netik provides a complete project solution, from analysis to implementation and all of the required resources.
  • Other services where Netik performs specific roles to complement the clients’ ongoing solution implementation activities such as quality assurance and benchmarking, as well as the establishment and application of 'best practice' guidelines.

Software Development Lifecycle

All implementations of Netik products are controlled using the Netik Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), which provides a flexible, pragmatic approach that can be tailored according to the complexity of the implementation and any specific client methodology requirements. The software development process is based on an iterative, incremental and concurrent engineering style approach to component-based development.

In order to achieve schedule objectives and the delivery of quality software, Netik deploys a number of project standards and controls including:

  • Change management process
  • Use of project framework, standards and checklists
  • Continuous risk analysis and control
  • Project estimating, control, budget reconciliation and tracking mechanisms
  • Status reporting

Communication throughout the Implementation Process

Netik believes that a key success factor in the implementation process is to involve the client in all stages of the implementation process to ensure that requirements, scope, schedules and milestone deliverables are fully understood and agreed by both parties. Effective communication is achieved through status reporting and regular calls and meetings.
